At Kaamdar by Nofl, you can exchange products within 72 hours of delivery if they are still in their original condition. Exchanges are available for:
• Incorrect size or SKU
• Manufacturing defects
To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at kaamdarbynofl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Upon receiving your request, our warehouse team will inspect the item and respond to you promptly. Or you can also leave us a message at our WhatsApp for more queries.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges, in case we are at fault we cover the request ourselves.
Although we aim to present accurate colors in our photos, slight variations may occur due to lighting and fabric type and dye.
